Yesterday we took a quick trip to Arista Apartment Homes, which was the first time I was able to see the finished product of the office remodel. It was everything I was hoping it would be. The place is just beautiful and has made a big impression on our tenants and staff. When we took over 6 months ago we were 80 % occupied and now we are fully leased. Job well done!
